Ushering in a new era of bite size livable health, nutrition and fitness solutions, Patricia Greenberg practices what she preaches. A working wife and mother, she has 30 years of experience as a Nutritionist, Chef, and Wellness educator, and continues to live a healthy lifestyle in an often chaotic world through good food and attainable fitness.
Patricia runs The Fitness Gourmet, a wellness consulting firm that specializes in teaching seminars nationwide. She has a special interest in enhancing the education of the general public, providing accurate nutrition and health information to today’s consumer.
She is a regular guest expert on both national television and radio programs such as ABC, NBC, CNN and NPR, which over the years, has had an impact on the lives and health of thousands of people.
A prolific writer, she is the author of four books, “The Whole Soy Cookbook” (Random House), “Soy Desserts” HarperCollins) “Scrumptious Sandwiches, Salads and Snacks” (The Fitness Gourmet) and “Live Well, Age Well” (The Fitness Gourmet).
As for fitness, Patricia “Walks the Walk” and has “Run the Run”, completing 20 marathons, 115 half marathons, and is now enjoying the unique sport of tower climbing in high rise buildings.
Her educational accomplishments are: BA in Nutrition and Food Science from Queens College, NYC, a degree in Culinary Arts, from Le Cordon Bleu in Scottsdale, AZ and is an ACE Certified Personal trainer, with a sub specialty in Nutrition and Senior Fitness.
